Ingredients: 6 tbsp. butter; 6 tbsp. flour; 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk; 1 c. heavy cream; 1/2 c. dry white wine; 1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/8 teaspoon pepper; 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese; 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. spinach, thawed and liquid removed; 2 c. finely minced chicken; 1 c. cream style cottage cheese; 1 egg, beaten; 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese; 8 ounce. lasagna noodles, cooked and liquid removed

6 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 ounce.) pkg. spinach, thawed and liquid removed
2 c. finely minced chicken
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounce. lasagna noodles, cooked and liquid removed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In 2-qt saucepan, heat butter over medium heat.

Remove from heat.

Stir in flour till smooth.

Gradually stir in lowfat milk, cream, and wine, 1/8 tsp.

Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat 3-4 min or possibly till thickened, stir in Swiss cheese.

In bowl, stir together 1 c. sauce, spinach, chicken, cottage cheese, egg, 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese and remaining nutmeg till blended.

Spread about 1/2 c. chicken mix on each of 8 lasagna noodles.

Roll up jelly roll fashion.

Cut each in half crosswise.

Spread 1 c. sauce in bottom of 7x11 inch pan.

Place rolls, ruffled side up, on top of sauce.

Top with remaining sauce, sprinkle with rest of Parmesan cheese.
