1 hen
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 buttons garlic
1 can tomato paste
1 can pimento
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheese
spaghetti

Cook hen until tender.

In large skillet saute onions, celery and bell pepper until light brown.

Add 3 cups broth, tomato paste and mushroom soup.

Cook slowly about 40 minutes.

Add deboned chicken and 1 package vermicelli spaghetti (prepared per package instructions).

Cook just long enough to get hot through.

Just before serving, grate cheese on top and melt in oven.
