1 stick butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. fresh okra, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 sticks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of chili pepper
salt and pepper
3 qt. water

In a large aluminum pan cook chicken.

Add 1 tablespoon oil until brown.

Remove and set aside.

Add 2 more tablespoons oil and fry chopped okra for about 10 minutes.
