Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts; 1 1/4 lb Green beans; 2 tbsp cooking oil; 3 tbsp soy sauce; 2 tbsp dry sherry; 1 clove garlic; 2 tbsp brown sugar; 1 tbsp cornstarch; 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar; 6 tbsp soy sauce; 1 clove garlic; 2 tbsp dry sherry; 3 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 1/2 lb chicken breasts
1 1/4 lb Green beans
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dry sherry
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
6 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp dry sherry
3 tbsp hoisin sauce

Clean and cut green beans.

Then add the oil.

Cook green bean at medium high heat.

As your cooking the green beans , start making the marinade.

Clean and cut the chicken into 1/2 inch squares.

After the chicken is cut add the chicken to the marinade.

Well the chicken is marinade, start making the sauce.

By mixing all the sauce ingredients.

Save this till the chicken is done cooking.

Check the green bean to see if there ready.

If th.ey are remove them from the pot and add the chicken and cook in till that is ready.

After the chicken is ready add the green beans back into pot and add the sauce.

Cook at medium heat till the sauce is ready.

Then I make some steamed white rice.
