Place flour and paprika in bag.

Add chicken and shake to coat.

Heat oil in heavy pan with tight fitting lid.

Fry chicken until golden and remove to platter as they brown.

To liquid in pan add stock, wine, curry and tarragon. Add chicken and simmer, covered until tender-about 1 1/2 hours.

FOR DUMPLINGS....

Mix flour with baking powder and salt.

Add milk and stir until dry ingredients are dampened. Batter will be slightly lumpy.

Dip a tablespoon into the hot chicken liquid to keep batter from sticking to spoon.

Drop batter by spoonful on top of chicken pieces. Turn heat up to get a boil, cover and cook for 12 mins. Do not turn heat up too high and do not lift cover after batter has been added.

Serve from platter with gray separate.
