3 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. celery, chopped
1 chicken or hen, deboned
12 eggs
1 can water
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
4 c. buttermilk
2 c. onions, chopped
light bread or biscuits
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix meal, flour, soda, salt and milk and blend well.

Beat 5 eggs well.

Mix in eggs and bake in oven at 450u00b0.

Boil chicken with lots of water.

When done, debone and remove.

Mix cornbread with broth and add some light bread or biscuits.

Add 7 eggs (beaten) to bread mixture.
