1/2 c. flour
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 stick butter
20 oz. chopped broccoli
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. milk
2 c. crumbled Fritos

Blend flour and 1 cup milk to make a paste.

Stir in chicken broth.

Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Stir in mayonnaise, lemon and curry powder. Set aside. Cook broccoli until tender.
