Cheddar cheese, shredded; 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs; 1 tsp. melted butter; 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced (optional)

2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
3 whole chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salad mustard
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. melted butter
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced (optional)

Simmer chicken in water with onion, stalk of celery, salt and pepper for 1 hour; cool and slice into pieces.
