Ingredients: 1/2 cup Italian dressing; 1/2 tsp crushed garlic; 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes; 12 oz boneless chicken , cut into 1 inch cubes; 2 tsp olive oil; 1 cup chopped green bell pepper; 3/4 cup onion, chopped; 3/4 tsp oregano; 1/4 tsp black pepper fresh ground; 1/4 tsp cumin; 2 cup cooked black beans , drained and rinsed; 2 cup no salt added canned tomatoes; 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
12 oz boneless chicken , cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tsp olive oil
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
3/4 cup onion, chopped
3/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper fresh ground
1/4 tsp cumin
2 cup cooked black beans , drained and rinsed
2 cup no salt added canned tomatoes

Combine dressing , garlic ,and red pepper.

Place chicken in large glass bowl , pour dressing over chicken , cover and refrigerate 30, to 60 minutes or overnight.

Remove chicken from marinade, drain well, and discard marinade .

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium - high heat until hot .

Add chicken , cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring until chicken is lightly Brown, spooning off any excess liquid.

Add bell pepper, onion ,oregano, pepper and cumin.

Cook stirring 4to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Add black beans and tomato.

Cook 2 or 3 minutes more or until thoroughly heated.

Garnish with cilantro; serve immediately.
