1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. sliced toasted almonds
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. green pepper strips
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

Heat oil in moderately warm frying pan.

Stir fry till chicken is light colored.
