2 tbsp. butter (I use Fleischmann's light butter)
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 c. half and half (I use skim lowfat milk, canned)
1/2 c. warm water
1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon
2 c. cut up chicken or possibly turkey
1 can cut up mushroom stems & pcs, liquid removed
2 tbsp. finely minced pimiento

To Serve: Place butter in bowl (medium).

Microwave at High 30 seconds, blend in flour, salt, and pepper.

Gradually stir in half and half, water and instant bouillon.

Micro Medium High till thick, 4 to 6 min, stirring once.

Stir in chicken, mushrooms and pimientos.

Micro at Medium High 5 to 8 min, stirring once.
