   Put cereal into a large bowl, set aside. Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter into a 1 quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave another minute, until all is melted. Pour chocolate mixture over the cereal, stirring until all pieces are covered. (Be careful not to stir too hard.) In a large sealable plastic bag, add the 2 cups of powdered sugar. Add the covered cereal mixture, seal bag and shake it until all pieces are well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool... Store in a covered container.
