   ["Preheat oven to 350u00b0.", "Grease a 13 x 9 pan with margarine or spray with a nonstick spray.", "Beat eggs until light and foamy in a large mixing bowl. Add in sugar, vanilla and margarine and mix until creamy.", "Add flour to mixture and hand mix until blended (batter will be thick).", "Mix in pecans.", "Spread evenly in prepared pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is light brown.
