Chewy & Crushy Cookies

   First, sift the flour, salt and baking powder and sit it aside..

   In a Bowl, add the butter, white and Brown sugar and mix it until fluffy and Light..

   After that, add the egg and the Vanille and mix..

   I just add the chocolade Chips before the flour..

   Than mix a half the flour and mix a little bit and than the another half and mix and STOP until you combine the flour..

   Oven to 345F - and scoop the cookies to the baking Sheet.. And go with these baby's for about 8-13 Minutes..

   After the Minutes let it cool down or eat it lukewarm like me.. :)
