1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1/4 cup instant hot cereal beverage
1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix flour, pecans, instant beverage, baking powder and salt in large bowl; set aside.

Beat egg in small bowl; stir in butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla.

Add to flour mixture; stir until well blended.

Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pan.
