Chess Pie

   Cream together the margarine and sugar.

   Add egg yolks gradually and beat well.

   Add flour and salt mixture alternately with evaporated milk.

   Mix on low speed while adding vanilla and mix.

   Pour filling into a 9-inch pie shell.

   Bake approximately one hour at 300u00b0 or until set in center.

   If not brown enough, turn up to 350u00b0 for a few minutes.
