Cherry With Mascapone On Oreo Crust

   FOR THE OREO CRUST,,crush the whole oreo buscuit or any biscuit of your preferences then mix with the soften butter,then layer a cling film onto a round shape ramakin then put the oreo butter mixture and press firmly and chilled it

   Whisk the mascapone or cream cheese with the icing sugar and vanilla extract till its smooth then spread onto the chilled oreo butter mixture then refrigerate it for another 30 minutesvand ready to eat

   Decorate it with cherry or grape and springkle with icing sugar generously and serve immediately
