Cherry Tomato Treats – a delicious recipe with cherry tomatoes, ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, soy sauce, salt. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

3/4 lb. cherry tomatoes
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
grated Parmesan cheese

Cut a thin slice from the top and bottom of each tomato. Scoop out the insides and reserve for adding to meat mixture. Brown meat and add onion; drain.

Add seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Add bread crumbs and tomato pulp and mix.

Stuff each tomato with the meat mixture. Sprinkle the top of each tomato with grated Parmesan cheese and snipped parsley.
