Cherry Pizza Cake

   Mix cake mix and 1 cup of oats to 6 tablespoons margarine on low speed until crumbly.

   Set 1/2 cup mixture aside.

   To remaining crumbs blend in egg.

   Press into pizza pan and bake at 350u00b0 for 12 minutes.

   In a bowl, add remaining oats, 2 tablespoons margarine, nuts, cinnamon, brown sugar and crumb mixture.

   Beat until well mixed.

   Spread filling on baked crust and sprinkle with crumb mixture.

   Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

   May decorate with cream cheese icing.
