2 cups white baking chips
1 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
1 cup chopped pecans

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and orange zest. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in the chips, cherries and pecans.
