2 eggs

Beat all ingredients except maraschino cherries in large bowl on low speed 15 seconds.

Beat on medium speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.

Pour into greased pan and bake at 350u00b0 for 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Immediately loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove it onto a wire rack.

Cool completely before slicing.
