3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. whipped butter
1/2 c. Crisco
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
2 egg whites
1 large bottle cherries
