Cherry Delight

   Blend flour, brown sugar, crackers and soda.

   Add butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

   Add coconut and vanilla; stir to blend.

   Press half of mixture in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Cover with pie filling and top with remaining crumb mixture.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
