Beat cake mix, butter and 1 egg in large mixer bowl at low speed until crumbly.

Press lightly into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or a 9-inch spring-form pan.

Beat 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

Spread over crumb mixture.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until set. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and remaining tablespoon vanilla. Spread over cheese; cool.
