1 lb. dry bean soup mix
2 qt. water
ham hock or bone
1 large onion, chopped
16 oz. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped celery

3 chopped tomatoes
2 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. pepper

Wash beans and place in large bowl.
