Chef Black Rayne's Curry Mac & Cheese (from box)

   Cook the mac and cheese as stated on the box...

   But under cook the noodles by 2-3 minutes so they can finish cooking in the cream later and only add a splash of milk instead of what the box states.

   Shake the small carton of heavy cream for a minute or two to start the thickening process.

   Add in the curry powder, blackened seasoning, Mac and Cheese powder, and black pepper.

   ( seasonings can be added to your taste)

   Pour in the heavy cream(1-2 cups).

   bring everything back to a boil and then turn down the heat and stir until Thick, Smooth, and Creamy.

   ( or until noodles are done).

   then blend in yogurt.

    Serve on a white plate, lightly dusted with red chili powder, and garnish with parsley for best presentation.

    Prep time is between 15 and 20 minutes depending on noodles and heavy cream thickness wanted.
