Ingredients: 200 grams Paneer; 2 Boiled Potato; 1 chopped onion; 3 tbsp tomato paste; 1 chopped carrot; 1 1/3 green capsicum; 2 Green Chilli; 1/2 tsp Garam Masala; 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese; 1 Corriander Leaves; 2 slice oregano bread; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 mayonnaise

200 grams Paneer
2 Boiled Potato
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 chopped carrot
1 1/3 green capsicum
2 Green Chilli
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 Corriander Leaves
2 slice oregano bread
2 tbsp olive oil
1 mayonnaise

Take a pan and add 2 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add chpped onion to the pan and heat them till golden brown.

After that add chopped green capsicum,green chillies and fine chopped carrots, cook them till they are baked properly.

Add mashed boil potatoes and paneer, mix the mixture for 3 minutes.

Once the mixture is mixed properly add tomato paste and bake the mixture for another 1 minute.

After this add salt, garam masala to the mixture.

Bake it till all the ingredients are sorte properly.

Take 2 slices of Oregano Bread apply mayonnaise on the face of bread after that add grated mozzarella cheese, after that add baked mixture on top of grated cheese.

Again grate some cheese on top of the mixture and bake it in microwave for 30 seconds.

Apply corriander leaves to garnish.

Serve hot to taste best.
