Cheesy Vegetable Casserole(Microwave)

   Melt Cheez Whiz or cheese chunks with 1/4 cup butter in a 1-quart casserole in microwave on Medium-high for about 4 minutes or until melted.

   Stir every 1 1/2 minutes.

   Add vegetables to casserole and mix.

   Melt remaining butter in bowl on High for 30 seconds.

   Stir in cracker crumbs.

   Sprinkle butter crumbs over casserole.

   Microwave at Medium-high, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn after 5 minutes.

   Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
