Ingredients: 2 lb Yellow squash; 1/3 large white onion halved & thin sliced; 1 tbsp Butter; 2 tbsp All purpose flour; 1 cup Milk; 2 cup Kraft Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper; 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper; 1 packages Buttered ritz crackers; 1 Cooking spray

2 lb Yellow squash
1/3 large white onion halved & thin sliced
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp All purpose flour
1 cup Milk
2 cup Kraft Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 packages Buttered ritz crackers
1 Cooking spray

Thinly slice the 2 lbs of squash

Cook the squash and onions in a small amount lightly salted boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes or until veggies are tender.

Drain and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350F

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Once butter is melted, add flour.

Stir occasionally for 1 minute.

Warm milk for about 1 minute in microwave.

Gradually add warmed milk to butter/flour mixture.

Stir constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly.

Remove mixture from heat.

Add 1 1/2 cups cheese, salt, pepper, and cayenne.

In a small bowl gently crush ritz crackers and combine with additional 1/2 cup of cheese.
