1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
seasoning salt
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (corn or peas or carrots)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup French's French fried onions, crushed
