Ingredients: 1 baking pan (I used a tin foil pan); 1 non stick cooking spray; 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 1 1/2 cup shredded colby/ jack cheese; 1 can cheddar cheese soup; 1 can broccoli cheese soup; 1 1/2 cup rice (uncooked); 1 tbsp butter; 1 packages frozen broccoli (I used the florets); 1/2 cup milk

Servings: persons

1 baking pan (I used a tin foil pan)
1 non stick cooking spray
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded colby/ jack cheese
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1 1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
1 tbsp butter
1 packages frozen broccoli (I used the florets)
1/2 cup milk

Prepare rice according to directions on package (I didn't add the sugar and also took about 5 minutes off the cooking time)

Preheat oven to 350

Coat the bottom and sides of pan with cooking spray

Combine cooked rice, cans of cheese and shredded cheese to baking pan-mix well

Stir in broccoli (can be room temperature)

Add more cheese if desired

Stir in milk and butter
