Cheesy New Potatoes

   Cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook 15 minutes or until tender.

   Drain potatoes and cool slightly.

   Stir in butter and pepper; toss lightly.

   Spoon half of potato mixture into a lightly greased 3-quart casserole dish.

   Top with half each of the bacon and cheese.

   Repeat layers.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
