Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs ground beef; 1/2 cup shredded taco blend cheese; 1/4 cup breadcrumbs; 1 egg; 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce; 1/2 teaspoon ground sage; 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander; 1 dash oregano; 2 chopped fresh garlic cloves; 1/4 medium onion; 1/4 chopped red bell pepper; 1/4 chopped yellow bell pepper; 1/4 chopped orange bell pepper; 1/3 cup chopped canned jalapeno slices; 1 tablespoon ground pepper; 1/2 tablespoon everglades seasoning; 1/4 cup sweet baby ray's raspberry chipotle barbecue sauce; 1 dash salt; 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup shredded taco blend cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 dash oregano
2 chopped fresh garlic cloves
1/4 medium onion
1/4 chopped red bell pepper
1/4 chopped yellow bell pepper
1/4 chopped orange bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped canned jalapeno slices
1 tablespoon ground pepper
1/2 tablespoon everglades seasoning
1/4 cup sweet baby ray's raspberry chipotle barbecue sauce
1 dash salt
1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 350.

Place thaw ground beef in a large mixing bowl.

Mix in bread crumbs, sage, coriander, Everglades, oregano, pepper, and salt.

Mix in egg, bbq sauce, soy sauce, cheese, onion, chopped peppers, and jalapenos.

Form into one loaf and place into a glass pan (Doesn't matter size. Loaf should stick together well).

Open the top of the loaf and sprinkle the garlic and olive oil inside. Close loaf with hands (Be sure to press it back together snug, or it will come apart in oven).

Sprinkle more taco blend cheese on top.

Squirt more bbq sauce on top.

Cook for 1 hour.

Let stand 5 minutes.
