Cheesy Chicken Tender Katsu

   Remove the white sinews from the chicken tenders.

   Sprinkle them with salt and pepper and then cut them open.

   Place the cheese on top.

   Close the chicken over the cheese and lightly press on the edges with your finger.

   Coat the chicken with the flour, beaten egg, and panko (in that order).

   Deep fry in vegetable oil heated to 180C.

   When the chicken turns a golden brown color, it's done.
