Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas with Peppers

   Heat oven to 325 F.

   Heat dressing in a large skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add garlic and onions; cook 2 to 3 min.

   Add peppers and mushrooms; cook until crisp-tender, 8 to 10 min.

   Stir in chicken.

   Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

   Lay two tortillas on prepared sheet and sprinkle with half of the cheese.

   Divide chicken and vegetable mixture evenly between tortillas and top with remaining cheese.
