Cheesy chicken bacon ranch dinner

   Preheat oven to 500

   Wash potatoes and dice them in cubes.

   Spay 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray

   Get a bowl, pour in olive oil and ranch mix.

   Mix well

   Add diced potatoes and mix to evenly coat all

   Put in pan and sprinkle with oregano and bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes till potatoes are crisp.

   While potatoes are cooking with remaining oil put already cooked diced chicken in and toss to coat.

   In another bowl mix cheese and bacon pieces

    When potatoes are done lower temperature to 400

    Put chicken mixture on top of potatoes then put cheese mixture on top of chicken

    Cook for 10-15 more minutes then you are done.
