2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. cooked carrots
8 oz. medium noodles

Brown beef in melted butter.

As meat begins to turn color, add onion. Saute until meat is well browned.
