Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Date Yummies

   Cut cheese into small narrow slices to fit inside a pitted date hole.

   Inside of each date, insert cheese.

   Cut bacon into thirds.

   Wrap each date with enough bacon to cover the date.

   Fasten with a toothpick.

   Place each date on a wire cooling rack, placed over a pan to catch bacon drippings.

   Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes until bacon is crisp.

   Transfer to a serving plate or store covered.

   Reheat later in microwave to serve hot.
