["1. Line 24 muffins cups with paper liners; set aside. Preheat the oven to 325u00b0F.", "2. Prepare the crusts by whisking together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl until blended.", "3. Cool cheesecake cups completely in the pan set on a wire rack.", "14. Once cool, refrigerate cheesecake cups for at least one hour, or overnight.", "15. Serve cheesecake cups plain or topped with fresh berries, or a teaspoon of jam, or a dusting of powdered sugar.", "16.
