2 14 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sugar
12 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until blended.

Combine flour and baking powder and add to first mixture and blend well; cover.

Chil for at least 1 hour.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in graham cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.

Remove to wire racks to cool; store airtight.
