1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. milk or cream
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar

Mix first 5 ingredients until like meal.

Reserving 1 cup of mixture, spread in an 8-inch buttered square pan.
