   Mix cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk.

   Press 1 package of crescent rolls into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Spread cheese mixture and cover with other package of crescent rolls.

   Beat egg white until foamy; spread egg white on top.

   Sprinkle almond slices.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
