Cheeseburger Pie

   Preheat oven to 400u00b0.

   Lightly grease a pie plate.

   Cook and stir the ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.

   Stir in the salt and pepper.

   Spread into pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.

   Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.

   Pour on top of ground beef.

   Bake until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
