   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Combine tomatoes and bread crumbs in a large bowl; let stand until liquid is absorbed.

   Lightly mix in ground beef, egg, mustard, salt and pepper.

   Divide mixture into quarters, then shape into a 5-inch loaf; make a ridge down middle of each with your finger.

   Place loaves on a rack in a shallow baking pan.

   Bake 30 minutes.

   Spoon cheese into hollows.

   Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese melts and loaves are crusty brown. Yields 4 servings.
