Cheese-Stuffed Meat Loaf

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   In a large bowl, combine beef, crumbs, pepper, tomato sauce and 1 egg.

   In small bowl, combine 1 egg, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses and parsley.

   Press 1/3 of beef mixture into 9 x 4-inch loaf pan.

   Make shallow well in center. Spoon cheese mixture into well.

   Cover with remaining beef mixture. Pat firmly at sides to seal. Bake 1 hour at 350u00b0.

   Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
