Cheese Strata

   Grease baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch); line with buttered bread. Top with cheese, ham and buttered bread.

   Mix eggs (beaten), milk, mustard and salt and pour over sandwiches.

   Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.

   Just before baking, top with corn flake crumbs and pour melted butter over all.

   Bake 1 hour at 350u00b0.
