1/4 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. dry Italian seasoning

Saute first 4 ingredients.

Blend in flour, mustard and chicken stock.

Blend in Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses and seasonings.
