3/4 c. sliced black olives

3 eggs
2 c. milk

1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, parsley and sliced olives.

Spread generously on 3 slices of bread; cover with other 3 slices.

Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles each; arrange points up into a greased 8-inch baking dish.

Beat eggs with remaining ingredients; pour evenly over all the triangles, moistening each one well. Bake at 350u00b0 until nicely set and lightly browned, approximately 35 minutes.
