Ingredients: 1 box Tricolor Rotini; 1 jar, ragu cheddar sauce; 3 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs; 2 1/2 tsp adobo; 1 tbsp granulated garlic; 2 dash olive oil; 1 tbsp sofrito; 1 packages sazon; 1 can del monte traditional sauce; 1 1/2 cup ricotta cheese; 1 bunch chopped chives

1 jar, ragu cheddar sauce
3 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 1/2 tsp adobo
1 tbsp granulated garlic
2 dash olive oil
1 tbsp sofrito
1 packages sazon
1 can del monte traditional sauce
1 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 bunch chopped chives

Boil pasta according to the package in salted water.

When the pasta is ready add the cheese sauce.

When the thighs are cooked add the sazon and the traditional sauce and let it simmer for about 6 minutes.
