1 1/2 cups grated jalapeno havarti cheese
2 large eggs

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Stir together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a large bowl.

Stir grated cheese into mixture.

Whisk eggs with buttermilk and veggie oil in a separate bowl.
